KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce Inc. is currently seeking a Controller/Director for a leading consumer goods organization. The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing a small finance team
  • Managing the Month-End Closing process
  • Preparing Financial Statements
  • Conducting Financial Reporting
  • Engaging in Financial Planning & Analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Handling additional Financial Reporting tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in consumer products, food, or manufacturing sectors is preferred
  • CPA certification is advantageous
  • Experience with a Big 4 accounting firm is a plus
  • An advanced degree is beneficial

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

The salary range reflects the compensation we believe is appropriate for this role. Actual pay may vary based on factors such as education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, and business needs. This range is subject to change.

We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability, and ADD insurance for eligible employees. Salaried employees are entitled to paid time off, while hourly employees may be eligible for paid sick leave under certain conditions.

NOTE: Compensation is only considered earned when it is vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation are at Kforce's discretion and may be adjusted in accordance with the law.

This position does not qualify for bonuses, incentives, or commissions.
