Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Plastic Fabrication Specialist to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in plastic welding, fabrication, and assembly. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about working with their hands and contributing to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate and assemble plastic components using conventional lathes, welding machines, and other shop equipment.
  • Operate manual and power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Select and use appropriate materials, tools, and machinery to complete tasks.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints.
  • Use measuring devices accurately to ensure quality control.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to 5S principles.
  • Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies effectively.
  • Document safety and quality actions and observations when required.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3-5 years' experience in plastic fabrication, welding, and assembly.
  • Ability to learn quickly, retain information, and reapply new skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Basic math skills and ability to troubleshoot problems.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Compensation Details:

The hourly wage for this position is between $20-$24 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
