- Three locations in the Aiken, SC area.
- The organization is dedicated to providing culturally-sensitive, comprehensive primary, preventive, and supplemental healthcare services to diverse populations.
- Employs a total of 168 staff members, including 30 healthcare providers.
- Established in 1971.
Role Responsibilities:
- Location: Aiken, SC
- Focus on outpatient primary care within a clinical environment.
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, exclusively outpatient.
- On-call duty: 1 in 6, phone consultations only.
- Expected patient load: 18-20 patients daily.
- Support from Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners.
- Evaluate, maintain, and enhance the health status of individuals in the community through timely access to evidence-based acute, preventive, and chronic disease management.
- Exemplify professionalism and collaborate with all members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure high performance.
- Deliver high-quality care while managing resources effectively and considering patient preferences in clinical decision-making.
- Accurately document all patient interactions and services in the electronic health record, ensuring clarity and detail.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $210,000 - $230,000, commensurate with experience.
- Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 available.
- Comprehensive health insurance plans for employees and their dependents, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
- Life Insurance and Disability coverage included.
- Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance of $2,000 and 5 days off.
- Generous paid time off (PTO) policy, including holidays.
- 403B retirement plan with a 4% employer match.
- Relocation assistance of up to $8,000 available.
- Visa sponsorship options (J1 or H1B) available if needed.
Candidate Profile:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
- Must possess an unrestricted MD or DO license in South Carolina.
- Eligibility for J1 or H1B sponsorship if applicable.
