We're seeking an experienced automotive technician to join our team at Goodwin's Volvo in Topsham, Maine.

Salary and Benefits:

As an experienced automotive technician, you can expect a competitive salary range of $60k-$110k per year, along with comprehensive benefits that include health insurance, a 401(k) plan with a 3% employer contribution, generous paid time off, and holidays.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles with precision and care.
• Ensure optimal tire pressure and inspect/refill fluid levels as needed to guarantee vehicle safety and performance.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly.
• Lubricate fittings and other components to maintain cleanliness and functionality.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by prioritizing their needs and concerns.

Requirements:

• Certification: ASE and A & E State Inspection certifications are mandatory.
• Automotive Expertise: Strong knowledge of automotive systems is essential.
• Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
• Time Management: Proven ability to manage your time efficiently and prioritize tasks.
• Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills are necessary for documentation and communication.
• Driving Record: A clean driving record is required.
• Tools: You must have your own tools.
• Background Check: Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check.
