Healthcare Recruiter Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Recruiter to join our team at MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, and driving sales growth through innovative solutions and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and relationship-building.
  • Present our services to prospective clients and negotiate agreements.
  • Provide professional support to clients, including data entry and CRM management.
  • Stay in frequent contact with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Respond to client complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred).
