About This Opportunity:

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized Configuration Management Specialist to join LS Technologies, LLC in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. As a Configuration Management Specialist, you will have the chance to provide expertise in hardware, software, and process configuration management practices to support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

The estimated annual salary for this position is $98,875.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement FAA CM policy and practices for hardware, software, and process configuration management in accordance with ISO or iCMM techniques.
  • Maintain and manage Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs), engineering change proposals, NAS Change Proposals, and other baseline documentation to ensure proper control of NAS and non-NAS system components.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop CM change control requirements and conduct CM training and audits.
  • Lead national CM board meetings and ensure compliance with FAA and NAS CM policies.
  • Act as the Documentation Specialist (DS) at the ANG-E58 Branch level to:
  • Evaluate and manage Quality Management System (QMS) documentation records for test projects.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits of test projects.
  • Manage and track Branch property inventory, including coordinating property disposal.
  • Compile and submit Branch significant activity reports, collecting inputs from test directors, and formatting reports per Division guidelines.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields (or equivalent work experience).
  • Extensive experience with FAA CM policies and NAS-related configuration management.
  • Strong proficiency in SharePoint/KSN
  • Strong knowledge of ISO compliance, QMS documentation, and FAA CM procedures.
  • Proficiency in evaluating engineering change proposals and managing baseline documentation.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead CM training sessions and conduct compliance audits.

Work Environment:

  • Work Location: Egg Harbor Township, NJ
  • Work Hours: Part-time Level of Effort (LOE), 75-100% across subCLINs.
  • Travel: 0%.
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Extended periods of computer use and document preparation.
    • Occasional mobility to access office equipment and records.
  • Background Check: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
