Job Summary

We are seeking a Security Flex Officer to join our team. The Security Flex Officer is responsible for the safety and security of the facilities they protect. This role acts as a visible deterrent to crime and client rule infractions and detects and reports suspicious, unsafe, or criminal acts at or near their assigned posts.

Responsibilities

The Security Flex Officer will:

  • Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meet licensing requirements, which may be subject to state and/or local laws and regulations
  • Have a valid Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience and a clean driving record
  • Successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen
  • Work for multiple clients at multiple locations, covering special projects, call offs, vacations, and open shifts
  • Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client-specific sites
  • Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently

Requirements

The Security Flex Officer must be able to:

  • Work in various environments, such as cold weather, rain/snow, or heat
  • Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds
  • Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift
  • Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time
