Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive outreach and follow-up, understanding their financial needs and preferences.
- Identify and recommend solutions to meet customers' unique goals and needs, leveraging our range of deposit and loan products and services.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our consumer and business banking products and services, including digital offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a consistent and optimal experience for our clients.
- Collaborate with branch team members and partners to deliver seamless service and support to our customers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Three to four years of customer service experience.
- Three to four years of sales experience.
- Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems.
- Proven customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explore and identify a customer's true needs.
- Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.
