Nursing Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Salina Regional Health Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with other professionals to deliver exceptional outcomes.

• Assess patients' health status, identifying needs and developing individualized care plans.
• Provide direct patient care, administering medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress, adhering to relevant laws and regulations.

• A minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing or a Diploma in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
• At least 5 years of hospital experience within the past 5 years is highly desirable.
• A current Kansas registered nurse license is mandatory.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association is necessary within the first 90 days of employment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $$63,000 - $83,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

This full-time position requires a commitment to work every other weekend, every other holiday, and 16 hours of call per month. The location is Salina Regional Health Center LC Nursing Service.
