As a Mac Support Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, providing technical support and resolving complex issues.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or remote desktop
  • Respond to and resolve technical issues related to Mac hardware and software
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery

What We Look For:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Mac OS and iOS
  • Experience with JAMF and other Apple management tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience
