Overview:
Are you a skilled Registered Nurse seeking a flexible and incentivized position?

As a Per Diem/Flex RN with Mercy, you will have the opportunity to pick up day or night shifts, with no weekend, holiday, or shift requirement. You will be responsible for scheduling a minimum number of hours, being available on short notice, and being flexible and subject to last-minute shift cancellation.

Key Benefits:
$40/hr base rate
Variable shift incentives
W-2 employee
Minimum 1 shift in 90 days
4, 8, or 12 hour shifts available
Work where and when you want

Requirements:
One year of recent bed-side RN experience to work Med Surg
For other specialties, a minimum of two years of recent bed-side RN experience
Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire
