- Responsible for executing a variety of maintenance tasks and addressing service requests that require technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducts inspections, operates, or tests machinery or equipment to identify malfunctions.
- Dismantles machinery, equipment, or devices to access and replace faulty components.
- Performs scheduled maintenance activities.
- Ensures completion of necessary tasks for operational efficiency, including preparing units for occupancy.
- Diagnoses mechanical issues and determines corrective actions.
- Repairs machinery, equipment, or structures as needed.
- Maintains or services specialized equipment or machinery.
- Assembles, installs, or repairs wiring, electrical or electronic components, plumbing systems, machinery, or equipment.
- Provides a list of necessary parts, supplies, or equipment for procurement by the supervisor.
- Conducts general cleaning tasks for buildings or properties.
- Plans and organizes repair work using diagrams, blueprints, maintenance manuals, or schematic diagrams.
- Performs additional related duties as assigned by management.
- Participates in the on-call rotation with other maintenance personnel.
