Job Summary

The Maricopa Community College District is seeking a skilled Network Administrator to maintain a reliable, secure, and efficient data communications network. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for deploying, configuring, maintaining, and monitoring all active network equipment to ensure smooth network operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a medium-sized Cisco network
  • Support Cisco Meraki Wireless and provide technical guidance to staff
  • Research industry standards, trends, and best practices to recommend implementation
  • Plan, organize, and assign work for staff as a lead worker
  • Design and troubleshoot endpoint communication and manage intermediary devices
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field and two years of increasingly responsible experience providing technical support in networking infrastructure and systems. Experience with Cisco, Meraki, and other network technologies is highly desirable.
