We are seeking a dedicated Relief Driver to support our Service Department in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely delivery of textile products. This role involves covering routes, performing service-related tasks, and assisting with various operational needs as required.

• Execute all responsibilities of a Route Sales Representative, including delivering textiles, collecting soiled items, and providing customer support.
• Master and operate assigned routes efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries and pickups.
• Provide assistance with rush deliveries, renewals, audits, training, and other tasks as directed by management.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships through proactive communication, problem-solving, and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
• Operate delivery vehicles safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
• Maintain accurate route paperwork and ensure timely completion of required documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with service personnel to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.

• Possess a valid driver's license and meet the company's driving requirements, including a clean driving record.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and experience in route sales or delivery operations.
• Exhibit strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
