This role involves working as a Kronos consultant, supporting our clients with their timekeeping systems. We require someone with experience in UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) and/or UKG Workforce Central, with a focus on implementation, configuration, administration, enhancement, and troubleshooting.

  • Implementation: Experience in implementing timekeeping systems is essential. This includes configuring the system to meet client needs, ensuring seamless integration with other HR systems, and providing training to end-users.
  • Configuration: The successful candidate will have advanced knowledge of requirements and practices for effective timekeeping management, including setting up user permissions, security settings, and performance metrics.
  • Administration: As a Kronos consultant, you will be responsible for managing regular system upgrades and firmware upgrades for time clocks, ensuring that the system runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Enhancement: You will also be required to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software and hardware problems, using your technical skills to identify and fix issues.
  • Timekeeping: Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all timekeeping activities are accurate and compliant with client policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study or 3+ years of UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) and/or UKG Workforce Central work experience
  • Advanced knowledge of requirements and practices for effective timekeeping management
  • UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) timekeeping system experience preferred
  • UKG Workforce Central timekeeping system experience preferred
