**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Language Pathologist Contractor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech-language services to students, collaborating with teachers and parents to develop individualized education plans, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Screen and evaluate students with suspected speech-language impairments
  • Provide case management of speech-only caseloads
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and parents
  • Provide speech-language therapy services to students, including group and individual sessions
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, making adjustments to IEPs as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents to develop and implement accommodations and modifications for students with disabilities
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress and services provided
  • Participate in meetings and workshops to stay current on best practices and regulatory requirements

**Requirements**

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field
  • Three years of experience in speech-language work, preferably in a public-school setting
  • ASHA licensure and state licensure
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Management experience
  • Online therapy experience
  • Experience with documentation for Medicaid claiming
  • Experience evaluating and working with students who require alternative and augmentative communication

**Work Environment**

This is a remote position, open to residents of the 50 states and D.C. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on providing high-quality services to students.

**Compensation and Benefits**

Stride offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $70.00 per hour, with opportunities for bonuses and professional growth.
