Work Schedule:

  • During peak seasons, employees may be required to work a 40-hour week with potential overtime.
  • During off-peak times, hours may vary between 32 to 40 hours based on client needs.
  • No weekend shifts; only Monday through Friday work is required.
  • This role is a contract position with the possibility of permanent employment based on attendance, performance, and business requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a verifiable High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a call center or as a phone receptionist.
  • Proficient computer skills are essential.
  • While this is a remote position, candidates must be able to commute to the office in case of internet issues.
  • Attendance is crucial during the initial 90 days of employment.
