We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children, adolescents, and adults with autism. As an ABA Therapy Provider, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

As an ABA Therapy Provider, your responsibilities will include:



  • Working directly with children with autism to provide ABA therapy
  • Implementing individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies
  • Conducting patient assessments and collecting data on progress
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and modify treatment goals
  • Providing support and guidance to families of children with autism
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Monitoring and documenting behavioral health progress and outcomes

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Experience working with children
  • Ability to work in various environments, including in-center, in-home, and in-school settings
  • Ability to take feedback effectively
  • Pass a background check
  • Ability to work independently and multitask
  • Reliable transportation, as this is an in-person role

We offer a competitive salary, with starting pay at $24-$32 per hour for licensed ABA Therapy Providers. We also provide training and paid certification for individuals with no experience, as well as opportunities for pay increases, paid time off, health insurance, and a 401k retirement plan with company matching.
