Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Salad Cook to join our kitchen team at Art & Jake's Sports Bar. As a Salad Cook, you will be responsible for preparing salads and desserts to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare salads and desserts to order.
• Clean and prepare vegetables, fruits, and berries for salads.
• Mix ingredients for green salads.
• Prepare dressings, such as Thousand Island, Ranch, and Bleu Cheese, to be served on green salads.

Requirements:

• Proven food preparation and food handling experience.
• Working knowledge of proper food handling procedures.
• The ability to follow standardized recipes.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to work in a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
