Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in our Neurosurgery department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients undergoing neurosurgical procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing wound care, and monitoring vital signs.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest neurosurgical procedures and best practices.

Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant nursing experience, preferably in a neurosurgical setting.
  • BSN degree or higher, with a focus on neuroscience nursing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
