Michael Foods, Inc. is a leading food processing and distribution company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Egg Loader to join our team.

The Egg Loader is responsible for supplying the production lines with flats of shell eggs, ensuring a smooth and efficient production process. This role requires the ability to lift and carry heavy loads, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Load and unload flats of shell eggs from skids and conveyors
• Remove and stack dividers or skid sheets to designated areas
• Remove and stack empty skids to designated areas
• Supply candlers with flats of fill-in eggs
• Assist in monitoring the optiloader machine to remove any jams
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to GMP and HACCP guidelines

• No prior experience or training required
• Ability to read and understand written instructions
• Ability to lift and move heavy loads (up to 50 lbs.) safely
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to obtain Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Certification
