About The Role

As a vital member of OMB's Culinary Team, you will collaborate closely with both the Culinary and Service Teams.

  • Prepare meals to order during service hours.
  • Ensure that each food item is crafted with exceptional quality and care.
  • Maintain stocked stations before and during meal periods.
  • Adhere to recipes and guidelines established by culinary management.
  • Utilize proper cooking techniques and knife skills.
  • Store food items correctly for easy access.
  • Follow health department food service regulations.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by the Executive Chef.
