Key Responsibilities:- Prepare menu items according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Lead and motivate the kitchen team to achieve high-quality food production and excellent customer service.
- Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen and equipment to ensure cleanliness and proper functioning.
- Develop and implement menu items and specials to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless food service and customer experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and motivate others to achieve high standards.
- Knowledge of food safety and quality control procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
