Academic Dean of Nursing

We are seeking a highly qualified Dean of Nursing to join our team at Frontier Nursing University. As a leader in online and graduate nursing education, FNU aims to transform healthcare by preparing innovative, ethical, compassionate, and entrepreneurial leaders. Our mission is to provide accessible nurse-midwifery and nurse practitioner education that integrates the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

The successful candidate will establish and revise intermediate and long-range plans for FNU's academic nursing programs, maintaining a formal means of accountability for faculty and associated staff. They will also represent FNU at professional and legislative meetings regarding the activities of the university and legislative developments affecting the provision of academic nursing programs.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, critical thinking, time management, compliance, strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, leadership, teamwork, attention to detail, conflict resolution, and the ability to deal effectively and fairly with individuals. Estimated salary: $170,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
