Key Responsibilities:
  • Windows Server Administration: Administer Windows Server 2012 to 2022 and Windows 10 & 11, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Technical Support: Provide 24X7 Level 2 production support for Windows-based applications, resolving technical issues and escalating when necessary.
  • Server Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on Windows Remote Desktop Servers, ensuring uptime and availability.
  • Application Support: Configure, maintain, and support desktop and server applications, as well as web applications.
  • Incident Management: Monitor alerts and logs, resolving issues promptly and escalating when required.
  • Team Management: Lead technical teams, providing guidance and support for skill development and technical expertise.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with development and QA teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth deployments.

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of Windows Server 2012 to 2022 and Windows 10 & 11.
  • Experience with key Windows services, including Windows Clustering, Windows Print Services, Windows Remote Desktop Services, IIS, File Server, FTP, DNS, Load Balancing, etc.
  • Knowledge of Citrix Servers and Clients.
  • Understanding of Client-Server Environment.
  • Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Experience with PowerShell Scripting, VB Scripting, etc.
  • Knowledge of Unix/Linux Commands, Tomcat Webserver, etc.
