About the Role

We are seeking a talented Speech Language Pathologist to join our school-based services team in Lakewood, WA. As a Speech Language Pathologist with Invo Healthcare, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing high-quality therapy services to children in schools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and cognitive-communication disorders in school-aged children.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address speech and language impairments or delays.
  • Collaborate with school personnel and parents to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with speech and language concerns.
  • Facilitate goal-setting and progress monitoring for students receiving speech and language therapy.
  • Perform other duties as required by the program and within the scope of licensure and certification.
