Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Maplewood at Strawberry Hill LLC. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
  • Engage residents in activities and conversations to promote socialization and well-being
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure resident care needs are met
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, including resident rooms and common areas
Requirements
  • Current Connecticut Nurse's Aide Registration
  • Experience working with seniors, preferably in a long-term care setting
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
