**Job Overview:**

Piper Aircraft is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aircraft Painter to join our team. As an important member of our manufacturing process, you will be responsible for applying coatings to various aircraft components.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be working with a variety of materials, including paint and primers, and will be responsible for ensuring high-quality finishes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply coatings to aircraft components using spray guns and other equipment.
  • Mix and apply paint according to specifications.
  • Clean and maintain equipment to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve production goals.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Related experience: 1-3 years for Small Parts Painter I, 3-5 years for Small Parts Painter II, and 5-7 years for Senior Small Parts Painter.
  • Ability to work scheduled shifts and hours, including overtime.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with safety procedures and protocols.
