Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at Enterprise Holdings. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and safety of our fleet of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspections, including tire checks, brake inspections, and fluid level checks.
  • Perform preventive maintenance services, such as oil changes and tire rotations, according to manufacturer specifications and guidelines.
  • Repair and replace tires, as well as replace wearable parts, such as bulbs and wipers.
  • Maintain accurate repair histories by documenting repair orders and tracking parts used.
  • Comply with part and inventory tracking procedures to ensure efficient and accurate maintenance operations.
  • Provide safe and reliable vehicles to customers upon completion of all services.
  • May process new fleet vehicles, fuel reclamation, or buybacks.
  • Follow proper procedures to comply with all health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to uniform and equipment standards.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in mechanical service procedures, 2 post lift operation, and operating a tire changer/balancer to perform fleet maintenance activities, or have graduated from a mechanic trade school within the past 6 months.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform medium-duty labor, including lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Apart from religious observances, must have open availability to work 8:00am - 4:30pm, Thursday-Monday (40 hours per week).
  • Must be able to understand, read, write, and speak English.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record within the past 3 years (DUI/DWI).
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
