Job Overview

As a key member of the Sparkling Craft Inc. team, you will be an essential part of ensuring the safety, functionality, and efficiency of electrical systems for our diverse clientele. The role involves installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems across various settings.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Electrical Installation:

    • Install, upgrade, and maintain electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
    • Interpret and follow blueprints, electrical diagrams, and technical specifications for precise installations.

  2. Maintenance and Repair:

    • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to detect and address potential issues proactively.
    • Diagnose and repair electrical faults such as short circuits, faulty wiring, and circuit failures.

  3. Safety Compliance:

    • Adhere to safety guidelines, regulations, and electrical codes to ensure a safe working environment.
    • Maintain compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building regulations.

  4. Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving:

    • Use testing equipment and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and resolve electrical problems efficiently.
    • Implement innovative solutions to enhance the performance and reliability of electrical systems.

  5. Customer Interaction:

    • Engage with clients to understand their electrical needs and offer expert advice on system upgrades and improvements.
    • Provide clear communication regarding repair options, pricing, and service timelines.

  6. Documentation and Reporting:

    • Prepare detailed cost estimates and accurate invoices for services rendered.
    • Maintain thorough records of materials used, work completed, and service reports.

  7. Client Satisfaction:

    • Ensure high client satisfaction by delivering timely and effective solutions and addressing any concerns promptly.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a professional Electrician with a strong background in maintenance and facilities management.
  • Own high-quality tools and have reliable transportation.
  • Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, components, and wiring techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and technical documents.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical skills.
  • Strong commitment to safety and adherence to electrical codes and industry regulations.
