About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and delivering exceptional service.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sell equipment maintenance and repair services, parts, and attachments to maximize company profitability and market share.
  2. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and understand features and benefits of all products and services potentially saleable by the company.
  3. Participate in available company-sponsored training to develop and advance your knowledge base and skill set.
  4. Work collaboratively with peers, management, and support resources to achieve sales goals.
