What You Will Do

As a Senior Radar Mode Architect at STR, you will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of advanced multi-function Radar systems.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and specifications for radar modes, ensuring seamless integration and interoperability.

You will also be responsible for designing and implementing signal processing algorithms for Air-to-Air radar modes, implementing motion compensation and navigation, waveform design, and pulse compression, as well as supporting the development of robust tracking algorithms.

In addition, you will conduct performance analysis through simulations and real-world testing to validate and optimize radar modes.
