Marketing Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team in Dubuque, IA. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our staffing services and brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our staffing services and brand.
  • Brainstorm and assist in developing new sales strategies to attract and engage new clients and talent.
  • Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Create engaging content for our website, blog, social media channels, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Support marketing activities for multiple locations.
  • Plan events for our company.
  • Represent the company at community job fairs and events.

Requirements:

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, Google Analytics, and email marketing software.
  • Ability to juggle marketing activities for multiple locations.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
