Job Overview

Fresenius Medical Care North America seeks highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Dialysis Technicians - Patient Care Specialists. As a key member of our hemodialysis care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the setup and operation of hemodialysis machines
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any abnormalities to the nurse supervisor
  • Cannulate patients for dialysis treatment
  • Administer heparin as delegated or allowed by state law
  • Initiate and terminate dialysis treatment according to prescribed orders
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in dialysis technology preferred
  • Prior patient care experience in a hospital setting or related facility preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and push/pull equipment weighing up to 15 pounds
Estimated Salary Range

$15.00 - $24.00 per hour
