Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Low Voltage Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the installation, programming, and troubleshooting of low voltage systems, including fire alarm and access control systems. This is a dynamic role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, contract scope, and performance standards.
  • Install, program, and troubleshoot low voltage systems, including fire alarm and access control systems.
  • Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge installing and programming Honeywell fire alarm systems is a plus.
  • Must have strong technical skills and excellent communication skills.
  • Must be able to travel.
  • Must have a great work ethic.
  • Must have your own hand tools.
  • Must be able to multitask and juggle the responsibilities of several projects at once.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment screening.
