**Job Summary:**

This position is responsible for maintaining a safe and sanitary kitchen environment by performing various duties such as dishwashing, cleaning, and sanitizing equipment and work surfaces.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Operate dishwashing equipment and distribute and store clean pots, dishes, and utensils.
  • Clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces, and kitchen according to cleaning schedules and procedures.
  • Maintain the assigned workstation in a safe and sanitary condition.

**Requirements:**

  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to follow oral and written instructions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Current ServSafe or Food Handler certification required based on State / County law.

The estimated salary for this position is $14-$18 per hour, based on location and experience.
