Job Summary

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to work with our team to provide comprehensive evaluations, develop accurate diagnoses, and implement evidence-based therapies for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders. The ideal candidate will have strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities using standardized tests and clinical observations.
  • Develop accurate diagnoses based on assessment results.
  • Implement evidence-based therapies for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders; monitor and adjust treatment plans.
  • Educate and support patients and families on disorders, treatment strategies, and daily communication improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Work with healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, or license eligible.
  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) (CCC-SLP) preferred.
