Job Summary:

This is a full-time position that will focus on coordinating care for hospitalized patients, including triage and assignment of incoming patients to care teams. The successful candidate will serve as a liaison between Saint Luke's providers and hospital staff, assisting with discharge preparation and communication with the multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate care for hospitalized patients, including triage and assignment to care teams

  • Provide orientation to incoming residents and fellows on the cardiology service
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 2+ years of experience in a hospital setting
  • KS and MO RN License required
  • BLS certification required
