About the Role

We are seeking a part-time Literacy Coach to join our team and support the development of reading skills in elementary school students.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate literacy programs in designated schools
  • Train youth leaders to foster reading confidence skills in younger readers
  • Ensure curriculum progress and promote a safe learning environment
Requirements

A minimum of 5 hours per week is expected, with opportunities to substitute for other schools. You will be assigned to one of our partnering schools for the semester, and we do our best to place you in your preferred school district.
