Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Team Member at Lakeshore Sport & Fitness Group. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our members and guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience at our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Member Service: Greet and service members in a friendly and professional manner at all times, attentively and promptly respond to member needs, and admit members by scanning their membership cards and responding to messages regarding their membership account.
  • Transaction Processing: Process sales transactions for members, including program, service, and product payments, and collect and properly pass along member paperwork, including address changes, electronic funds transfers, and payments.
  • Communication: Ensure that all phone calls are answered professionally and forwarded to the appropriate staff members.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of six months customer service experience preferred.
  • Minimum of six months reception experience preferred.
