Are you ready to embark on a rewarding career with a leading foodservice company? US Foods, Inc. is seeking a skilled CDL A Truck Driver to join our team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a tractor-trailer to deliver products to customers, adhering to scheduled delivery times.
  • Unload products from the trailer using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand, and place them in designated customer storage areas.
  • Verify delivery accuracy with customers and obtain proper signatures.
  • Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance our client experience.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.

Requirements:

  • Valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
  • At least six months of commercial driving experience (any industry) or three months of experience in the food and/or beverage delivery industry.
  • Ability to operate a manual transmission (may be required in specific locations).
  • Must be able to read and communicate in the English language.
