Qualifications:

Required:

  • Valid State of Ohio Certification/Licensure for Middle School Principal.

  • Knowledge of Effective Schools Research and its practical application.
  • Understanding of site-based decision-making processes involving school personnel.
  • Familiarity with developmental supervision theories and their implementation.
