Requirements:

- Active Medical License in Georgia
- BLS and PALS Certification
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with the possibility of working 3 days at one site and floating to another for 2 days.
Responsibilities:
Providing medical care to patients of all ages, including routine check-ups, sick visits, and chronic disease management.
Credentialing and Onboarding:
Credentialing typically takes 21 days to complete once a complete package is received. Epic training is required and will be completed after credentialing is complete.
