About the JobAs a Fire Protection Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient installation and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems for our clients. This includes troubleshooting, repair, and service calls to guarantee minimum downtime and maximum performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Install and service fire sprinkler systems for diverse clients with various applications of fire protection systems.
- Perform all tasks listed on service repairs, deficiency, and installation work orders in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure seamless project execution and meet deadlines.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Respond to after-hour service calls when scheduled.
- Adhere to DynaFire's safety procedures and client-specific safety protocols.
- Safely operate construction equipment, including step ladders, extension ladders, scissor lifts, hand tools, power tools, cutting tools, and powder-actuated tools.
- A valid driver's license.
- A minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience in fire sprinkler service.
- FASA certification.
- NICET Level I or equivalent in water-based systems within 24 months from date of hire.
- Proficiency in office hardware and software tools used by DynaFire.
- Fluency in back-flow, wet system, dry system, fire pump, fire pump controller, and alarm device terminology, as well as troubleshooting procedures.
- A competitive salary ranging between $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience.
