Job Title: Preschool Teacher

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team at Crossroads Christian Church. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds and hearts of our young students, providing a nurturing and engaging environment that fosters their spiritual, emotional, and academic growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that integrate biblical principles and Christian values into the curriculum.
  • Provide a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Experience working with preschool-age children, preferably in a Christian school setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment that promotes spiritual growth and development.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in early childhood education.
Working Conditions:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move quickly in response to emergencies.
  • Ability to work outside in inclement weather to supervise children.
