Job Description:
We are seeking a law student for a full-time summer internship position in our Inhouse Coverage firm. As part of this team, you will assist attorneys in litigating coverage disputes from inception through appeal. Your responsibilities will include attending oral arguments and court appearances, drafting pleadings, reviewing discovery, preparing motions, and participating in depositions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be eligible for this position, you must be currently attending an accredited law school. We also prefer candidates with excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong academic credentials, and prior leadership or business-related experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is also highly valued.
