**Job Overview:**

Aerotek is seeking an experienced Aviation Maintenance Technician to join their team as an Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic. This is a contract position that requires a minimum of 3 years experience in an MRO or Part 121 facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wide-body aircraft maintenance and be certified with an A&P license.

**Salary Estimate:**

The estimated salary for this position is $40-$50 per hour, depending on experience. Per diem is available for non-local candidates, and there is a bonus for successful completion of the contract. Upon completion, contractors will receive $2 per hour for every straight-time hour worked.

**Job Description:

This is a contract position scheduled to run until April 30th, but there is a possibility it will be completed sooner. As an A&P Mechanic, you will be responsible for completing C-Checks on experimental testbed B727 aircraft. You will work in a hangar at Ontario Airport and may be required to work weekends.

**Requirements:

To be eligible for this position, you must have a minimum of 3 years experience in an MRO or Part 121 facility and hold an A&P license. Preferred experience on wide-body aircraft is also desirable.
