Job Summary:

Ninety Nine Restaurant & Pub is seeking a skilled Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned table section, including the pace and experience of each guest.
  • Understand the restaurant menu and engage guests in choosing menu items, answering questions, and making recommendations.
  • Anticipate guests' needs, process orders, and take payment in a timely and hospitable manner.
  • Understand the restaurant's seating layout, table assignments, and food delivery procedures.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide exceptional customer service.
