Charles County Neurology is seeking a skilled EEG Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in neurodiagnostic testing and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

**Responsibilities:**

* Prepare patients for EEG testing, ensuring accurate and efficient procedures
* Administer EEG tests, utilizing expertise in Nihon Kohden equipment and software
* Complete patient histories and recordings for interpretation, maintaining accurate and detailed documentation
* Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring optimal functionality and minimizing downtime
* Inform supervisors and medical providers of patient condition changes or abnormalities in EEG recordings
* Perform quality seizure monitoring studies, marking events for physician interpretation
* Recognize and address artifact, reappling or replacing electrodes as needed

**Requirements:**

* Minimum two years of EEG experience or graduation from an EEG program
* Strong knowledge of neurodiagnostic testing principles and procedures
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
