Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, with a focus on high-end restaurant construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours to meet project deadlines.
  • Certification in construction management or relevant field (e.g., CCM, PMP) a plus.
