Key Responsibilities- Project Management:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, to ensure smooth project progression.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying critical paths and implementing strategies to mitigate potential delays.
- Site Supervision:
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Supervise on-site construction activities, providing guidance and support to subcontractors and construction teams.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship and finishes characteristic of high-end restaurants.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, both internal and external.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between all project stakeholders, fostering a cohesive and productive working environment.

- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to work in diverse environments and cultures, while maintaining consistent performance and standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, with a focus on high-end restaurant construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
- Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours to meet project deadlines.
- Certification in construction management or relevant field (e.g., CCM, PMP) a plus.
